Our Process
Once we receive your signed contract, we will begin processing the information internally. This involves reviewing the contract details and ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded. After processing the contract, we will promptly send you a customer welcome email. In this email, we will explain the next steps in the process and provide you with an overview of what to expect during the solar installation journey. Within one week of receiving the contract, we will schedule and complete a pre-site visit, provided that the schedule permits. During this visit, our team will assess your property and gather essential information required for the solar system design.
Once the pre-site visit is complete, we will submit all the collected information to our engineering company called “Your Solar Plans.” Their expertise will ensure that we design the most efficient and effective solar system for your specific needs. If necessary, this is the stage when we will prepare the Homeowner Association (HOA) packet for you to submit for approval. This step is crucial if there are any specific HOA guidelines or approvals required.
The next step involves submitting the calculations and plans to the appropriate city to initiate the permitting process. This is an important part of ensuring compliance with local regulations and obtaining the necessary permits for the installation. Once the permits are granted, our team will coordinate the project installations. We aim to schedule installations within 1-2 weeks of permit approval, taking into account our current workflow, availability of employees, and weather conditions to ensure a smooth and timely installation process.
